Tablet coaters
Company manufactures tablet coaters from lab- to large-scale units. Unlike con-
ventional film coaters, units feature a distributor pipe that circulates the drying
air and allows the air to enter the drum over an enlarged area. This process
ensures even airflow with minimal turbulence, especially around the nozzles,
which optimizes tablet coating results.

Conical rotor processor
Granurex conical rotor one-pot processor granulates, dries, coats, and layers phar-
maceutical products. Each process produces high-density, uniform spherical par-
ticles 100 to 1,000 microns in diameter. Unit achieves product yields of 95 to 99
percent and API content up to 90 percent. Processor can separate incompatible
APIs by applying a barrier film coating between a spherically agglomerated active
core and a second powder-coated API layer, creating a multi-layered, multi-partic-
ulate bead product. Unit features uniform slit air distribution that prevents granule
agglomeration during the coating process and generates a uniform coating. Pro-
cessor also features an integrated air duct system that introduces drying air
directly onto the product bed for fast drying.
