of '62, founded Semaphore, a Seale based company that designs, builds, and manages data
networks across the world. From his seat as the company's founder and CEO, he has a unique
view on the role technology plays in the workforce. He has said, "In today's environment, we
have to use technology to enhance and more efficiently deliver information, knowledge and
learning. I am excited that Carroll has taken up the challenge to create a learning and study
environment that is responding to the needs of today's students"

Hazelbaker earned his B.A. at Rocky Mountain College, his M.A. at Crown College
and holds a doctorate in Organization Development om the University of St. omas
(MN). He has served as an adjunct professor at the undergraduate and graduate level and
continues to be involved in organization development by writing articles, consulting , and
participating in professional activities.
