SCOTTSDALE COMMUNITY COLLEGE www.scottsdalecc.edu Student Services Student Services 20 2019-2020 CATALOG & STUDENT HANDBOOK Testing Center 480.423.6433 https://www.scottsdalecc.edu/students/testing-center The Testing Center is an integral par t of ser vices provided to incoming and currently enrolled students at Scot tsdale Communit y College. Students come to the Testing Center for course placement through high school GPA , AC T scores, GED scores, or placement testing (ACCUPL ACER), as needed. In addition, we provide course placement for English as a Second L anguage students with the CEL SA exam, and course makeup and accommodated exams. There is no charge for these tests. Students must bring valid school, state, or federal photo identif ication and their eight- digit Maricopa student ID number for testing ser vices. Placement tests are administered on a walk-in basis with test S TART times Monday through Thursday 8:0 0 am – 3:30 pm, and Friday 10:0 0 am – 2:30 pm. Summer test times are Monday through Thursday 7:30 am – 3:30 pm (testing starts at 9:0 0 am on Thursday in May and June) – closed on Friday. Results are provided af ter testing is completed. Course make up and accommodated exams are available by appointment only at w w w.scot tsdalecc.edu/tcapp. Other tests and ser vices, such as the HESI A 2 and proc tored exams for other colleges are also available. Fees are applicable for these ser vices; please contac t the Testing Center for more information. The Testing Center is located in the Student Center Building (SC 150) and is open Monday through Thursday from 8:0 0 a.m. to 6:0 0 p.m.; Friday from 10:0 0 a.m. to 5:0 0 p.m. Summer of f ice hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 6:0 0 p.m. (testing starts at 9:0 0 a.m. on Thursday in May and June; closed on Friday.
