ith a new academic year around the corner, the University of Providence is set to unveil its new University Center at a ribbon cuing and building dedication ceremony on Monday, September 23, 2019. e University Center concept outlines the past, present, and future of the University of Providence: • e history and tradition of the Sisters of Providence are displayed in the Galerie Trinitas. • Current and prospective students are served at a new admissions center. • State-of-the-art technology will provide future students, faculty, staff, and the surrounding community versatile conference and meeting areas. "e facility represents the 'front door' of the campus to the surrounding community," says Ron van der Veen with NAC Architecture, design firm for the UP campus master plan and the University Center. "It not only honors the institution's rich history and legacy, but also embodies the new direction of the campus and emphasizes its ongoing commitment to faith and education."
