Co-located with ICSE (contract research, development, and manufac- turing), InnoPack (packaging), P-Mec (pharmaceutical machinery), FDF (finished dosage formulation), and BioProduction (biopharmaceuticals), the exposition will host more than 2,500 exhibitors. Last year's event was attended by 45,000 pharmaceuti- cal professionals representing various sectors of the pharmaceutical indus- try and more than 150 countries. The show floor is divided into several categories, including APIs, pharmaceuticals, custom manufactur- ing, excipients, fine chemicals, and natural extracts. Exhibitors will showcase their latest products and host educational sessions. For exam- ple, attendees can learn about natural products at the Natural Extracts podium or about regional pharma- ceutical trends at the World of Pharma podium. Organizers have planned more than 70 hours of edu- cational sessions and industry round- tables. At each of the three Pharma Insight Briefing theaters, a keynote speaker will kick off each day of the three-day conference with a report of leading industry trends, followed by other presentations.
