Promotions 2019 AAEP Equine Buyer's Guide | 21 Terms and conditions • Purchases must be placed and invoiced either direct from Zoetis or an authorized distributor October 14, 2019 through December 20, 2019 (the "Program Period"). • Rebate level qualification is based on cumulative purchases of Equine vaccine invoiced during the Program Period. • Minimum purchase amount is 100 doses of Equine vaccine (mix and match) to be eligible for rebate. • As part of a qualifying AAEP vaccine order, customer must include a minimum of 50 doses of FLUVAC INNOVATOR and 50 doses of WEST NILE-INNOVATOR or CORE EQ INNOVATOR TM to earn the Double Down Kicker. Double Down Kicker level is equal to the number of total doses of matching FLUVAC INNOVATOR and WEST-NILE INNOVATOR or CORE EQ INNOVATOR and is paid across ALL equine vaccines. • CORE EQ INNOVATOR Kicker is paid on all CORE EQ INNOVATOR products purchased during the Program Period. • Maximum rebate for vaccines is 29% for CORE EQ INNOVATOR vaccines and 24% on all other equine vaccines. (1,000 dose level, Double Down Kicker and CORE EQ INNOVATOR Kicker). • Stablelab Free EQ1 Handheld Reader Offer for new customers is intended for veterinarians that do not currently have a Stablelab EQ1 Handheld reader. Free goods offer will not count toward additional Stablelab rebate. • Existing Stablelab customers with qualifying purchases of Stablelab SAA tests or handheld reader(s) qualify for the AAEP Stablelab rebate, which count toward the purchase of Stablelab products only. • All eligible purchases must be invoiced and shipped no later than December 27, 2019 for AAEP rebate. • Delayed terms will be on all orders of Equine Rotavirus vaccine during the Program Period. • Premium items will be based on a single qualifying order made during the Program Period.
