emailed our Credentialing team.
This group of BICSI credentialing experts consists of five highly
qualified staff members with nearly 40 years of experience.
In fact, four of them have their Credentialing Specialist Cer-
tificates. Each one plays a critical role in ensuring that infor-

Vice President of Credentialing
Ronda joined BICSI in 2006 in the organization's Human Resources role. In 2015 she was promoted
to Director of Credentialing and then to Vice President of Credentialing in 2018, where she is
responsible for BICSI's certifications. Ronda works closely with the Registration and Credentials
Supervision Committee and focuses on the development of the credentialing programs.
