Joy Andis Credentialing Supervisor In 2008, Joy came to BICSI as the Recruiting Specialist on the Human Resources team and she has held many roles throughout her tenure. Joy joined the Credentialing team in 2016 as the Credentialing Supervisor, where she supervises the day-to-day operations of the Credentialing department. She specializes in database management for credential holders and credentialing process oversight. Interesting Fact: Joy ran her first marathon in 2012 after training for nine months. Jennifer Burant Design Exam Specialist Jennifer started at BICSI as the Design Exam Specialist in 2017. Her role has since expanded to include the review and approval of all BICSI Open Enrollment exam applications and On-site Training exam applications. Jennifer specializes in all Design exam applications and Open Enrollment exam applications. Interesting Fact: Jennifer is a third-generation University of Florida graduate and lifelong Gator fan and supporter. Marta Lebron Senior Credentialing Administrator Marta joined BICSI in 2012 as a Membership Coordinator on the Membership & Customer Care team, and in 2014 transferred to Creden- tialing as a Credentialing Adminis- trator. Three years later Marta was promoted to Senior Credentialing Administrator and now specializes in recertifications and CEC audits. Interesting Fact: Marta served eight years in the Army Reserves as an Automated Logistic Supply Specialist. Shannon Hackbarth ATF Exam Specialist Shannon joined BICSI in November 2018, making her the newest member of the BICSI Credentialing team. She started as the CEC Assessor, review- ing and approving submitted CECs for all credential holders. In 2019, Shannon transitioned into her new role of ATF Exam Specialist. Shannon specializes in process- ing all Installation exam applications for our Authorized Training Facilities. Interesting Fact: Shannon proudly served in the United States Marine Corps.
