Our Tech team can help with formulation performance, product optimization, and solving defects. We work on the production floor or in the classroom. Techceuticals has fully equipped non-GMP solid dose pilot laboratory which is used for hands-on training, formulation development, and product optimization. We also offer on-line programs and we bring our programs to customer's facili- ties providing services around the globe. New Developments Solid Dose Operations e-training: an on-line program for the entire manufacturing team: Managers, Supervisors, Leads, Operators, Main- tenance, Engineering, R&D, Tech Services, and Quality. The program consists of 13 in-depth unit operations covering manufacturing, and packaging, ranging in length from 20-40 minutes for each session. Excellent for onboarding teams or taking your experienced techni- cians to the next level. Annual company programs with testing and certification are available. Train the Trainer program: "The Manu- facturing Process". This program is designed to qualify a company trainer to present to your own team using Techceuticals materials. The PowerPoint presentation, team leader and participant guides with pre & post testing for each unit operation. Your trainer must present each topic and complete employee evaluations. This pro- gram has a prerequisite: to attend "The Manufacturing Process".
