meet the BICSI PUBLICATIONS team The BICSI Publications Department is a mighty team of four that leads the production of all BICSI technical manuals and specialty publications. Subject matter includes distribution design, outside plant, cabling installation, telecommunications proj- ect management and a host of other specialized ICT topics. BICSI publications have been recognized worldwide for their vendor-neutral, best practice- and standards-based content, and have won many awards through the years, recognizing their industry relevance, usefulness, technical content and design. Clarke Hammersley Director of Publications Clarke has been with BICSI for more than 16 years, having joined BICSI in 2004. As the Director of Publications, his primary duty is to ensure the publication of all BICSI manuals and other various department publications. Clarke's main responsibilities include managing both his staff and publi- cation volunteers, and content editing. He ensures technical editors and designers adhere to strict guidelines for consistency, style and grammar, oversees electronic delivery methods for technical documents (e.g., modular, downloads, e-books, smart phone applications), and is a staff repre- sentative for BICSI technical publications at conferences throughout the United States.
