Jeff also manages the proprietary Publications content management system (CMS) and acts as liaison between the CMS vendor and BICSI. Juggling all of BICSI's technical publications, John spends the majority of his time formatting and creating new and existing manuals and other BICSI publications. John also photographs subject matter for BICSI's technical publications. Interesting Fact: John loves the country of Uganda and travels there every few years to participate in humanitarian work. Allen Dean Technical Publications Editor/Project Manager Allen joined BICSI as a Technical Editor in 2015. His role has since expanded to Super User of the new proprietary Publications content management system (CMS). In addition to editing and proofreading BICSI technical content, Allen's role focuses on CMS and process training for volunteer subject matter experts. He works closely with BICSI members, staff and outside vendors to make the publications' lifecycle possible. Interesting Fact: Allen gives tarot card readings as a party trick. The BICSI Publications team is constantly working to release superior ICT content and publications for BICSI members and ICT professionals, worldwide.
