During the hardships of COVID-19 our clinic was broken into. It happened on a Friday night and when we came in on Saturday morning we realized what had happened. Our refrigerator door was left open and some medications were gone while everything else in the fridge had spoiled because it reached room temperature. We had to close the clinic that day and were fearful we wouldn't be able to open on Monday morning. I called Vivian in a panic because I no longer had my injectables I needed for surgery or any vaccinations. Vivian immediately calmed me down and began making phone calls. Long story short, she got in touch with other clinics around me that had what I needed to be able to open on Monday. Then, she was able to place an order for me so I would have it bright and early Tuesday morning. Unfortunately, my insurance did not cover spoiled product, but Vivian helped call all my vendors to see what they could do to help us. She went above and beyond for us even on her day off. I can't thank her enough for what she did. She is one amazing person and rep! Kathy Parker, our Customer Engagement Representative, also played a part in helping us. Kathy was a huge help in getting our order to us as soon as possible. She was calling our vendors to help expedite the products we needed. Kathy, has always been there for us. She is always looking out for us. She knows things get fast and furious on a daily basis here and knows I sometimes forget to call her before the cut off. She takes the time to call me when she doesn't hear from me to see if I need anything. She has saved me many times. She knows all of our clinic needs. We are always in good hands because of Kathy!
