We do that in many ways: through organized efforts and through sponsorships of area nonprofits. United Way of Madison County recently recognized Redstone for having the second highest 2019 campaign contribution: $264,036. at's due, in part, to Redstone's employees each contributing an average of $242.02. at amount earned Redstone another award: highest per capita contribution. At the onset of the business closures due to the coronavirus, Redstone contributed to the Emergency Relief Fund, set up by the Community Foundation of Greater Huntsville. e fund gave money to organizations that help people with their basic needs, health, and wellness. In Jackson County, Redstone also gave to the Mountain Lakes Chamber of Commerce's fundraising efforts to help their local businesses stay afloat. Especially now, Redstone is helping our communities stay strong! ForbesĀ® named Redstone one of Alabama's best credit unions after surveying members on their experiences. Only five credit unions out of 105 headquartered in Alabama were named. Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to produce the annual ranking of the Best Credit Unions in Each State. Financial institutions were scored on overall recommendations and satisfaction, as well as five subcategories including trust, terms and conditions, branch services, digital services, and financial advice.
