If so, did your use of it increase or change? We went through the process of getting started with a telemedicine platform, and tried it for a short while. We eventually decided that it was not a good fit for our practice. Since we were not exclusively using curbside service, it was less necessary for us. Couple that with a client base that tends to be technologically conservative, we made the choice to not continue using telemedicine. We established a telemedicine platform for the what-if scenario early in the pandemic. As things developed we have not continued with the service except as an afterhours triage service for our clients. We do not use any third parties for telemedicine. We did invest in iPads to offer FaceTime options for the owners while they waited in their car. This did not take off as expected because of the doctor's lack of engagement. Yes, we have been using TeleVet. We didn't use this before, but it never really picked up. Maybe in the beginning we saw an increase, but most were ok with the curbside protocols.
