Seeking Mentors and
Mentees for the 2021
BICSI Mentorship Program
Last year BICSI debuted the official BICSI Mentorship Program
with the purpose of helping to grow and develop tomorrow's
ICT leaders. Led by the volunteer-driven Mentorship Program
Working Group (a part of the Professional Development
Committee), and one of the BICSI Emerging Professionals
Group activities, the program aligns Mentors with Mentees to
foster personal and career-based growth. Pairs are matched
based on their similarities and the professional goals of the
Mentee. Each member commits to a one-year program,
working together to help the Mentee set and achieve
short- and long-term career goals.
Through the BICSI Mentorship Program,
a Mentee learns firsthand about the
ICT industry through his/her Mentor's
personal insight and guidance, helping
Mentees to develop a vision and plan
for their future.
A Mentor is exposed to new ideas through
interaction with up-and-coming talent
and can grow his/her professional
network with cross-generational,
fellow Mentors and Mentees.
We are currently seeking Mentors and Mentees to participate
in the 2021 BICSI Mentorship Program. To learn more

Applications for the 2021-2022 Mentorship Program
