YIELD: 12
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 batch Master Dough recipe
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated garlic
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 6 tablespoons grated parmesan
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°
2. Punch down the dough and turn out onto a lightly
floured work surface. Allow to rest for 15 minutes.
3. Roll dough into an 18x13-inch rectangle. Mix the
melted butter, granulated garlic, and dried oregano
together and brush over the entire rectangle. Sprinkle
the parmesan cheese evenly over the butter mixture.
Fold rectangle in thirds, like a letter, to create a
13x6-inch rectangle.
4. Cut the rectangle crosswise into 12 strips. Twist
each strip and tie into a loose knot, tucking ends under.
5. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet, cover and
let rise until almost double size (about 30 minutes).
6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
7. Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese, if desired.
