I work inter-departmentally

and optimizing sales efforts.
Where do you live?
I currently live in The Bronx, but I spent most of my life
living in Inwood, a small neighborhood in the northernmost
section of Manhattan. It's a very community-oriented
area and where my family lives so I still see it as home.
What's your fondest food memory?
My grandmother used to make this cheesy dumpling dish
that I was so obsessed with when I was a kid. As I got
older, whenever she heard I was craving it she'd always
find a way to make it and have it in my hands immediately.
It's the one dish I always remember very fondly.
Do you prefer to eat in or go out?
I absolutely love to cook (and bake). Nothing makes me
happier than prepping for and executing a new dish/
recipe. However, eating out is always a special treat
and these times have made me super nostalgic for the
times when I could comfortably sit down at a restaurant
and eat an amazing meal with friends or family.
What's your favorite food city?
Without a doubt New Orleans. I'm actually allergic to
shellfish so navigating the food scene there is a bit tricky
for me, but it's always been so worth it. I never get tired of
visiting and each time I go I discover a new favorite dish.
What's one of the strangest
things you've ever eaten?
While I don't consider myself a picky eater, I actually have not
eaten many strange things (I think, haha). The strangest might
be alligator, during one of my many trips to New Orleans.
