We are a small, community-minded facility providing healthcare which gives us an advantage to get to know each patient personally. Many patients have been following our providers for generations. What has been your biggest success? Our biggest success this year has been the overwhelming community support we have received. The appreciation for our stupendous healthcare workers in times like these makes it worth every policy change, mask requirement, and so forth. We appreciate everyone's continued support. The community of Great Falls and surrounding areas is where we draw our biggest support and in return, our success. What has been your biggest challenge? Our biggest challenge in 2020, as with many other organizations, was adapting to and overcoming the COVID-19 pandemic. We look forward to a future where we can return to normal business and see our patient's smiling faces. What have you done to overcome the challenge(s) of 2020? Have you been able to turn any of it into opportunities? How has it changed your way of doing business? 2020 has created challenges for everyone. We learned to adapt and to grow as an organization. Our employees and providers are closer now than they have ever been because we are fighting a pandemic together every single day. What are your plans for 2021 or in the future to grow and develop your business? The Clinic is always looking towards the future and potential growth. We are recruiting for new providers to join our team along with other exceptional personnel. We hope to announce exciting growth plans in the future.
