REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 16 years of age or 15 with a worker permit
- Be able to swim 200 meters continuously, using front crawl or breaststroke
- Retrieve a 10-pound brick from the bottom of a 12 ft pool and swim to the side
- Tread in water for two minutes without using your hands
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete our free lifeguard training program, including CPR, AED, Oxygen support, and first aid
- Attend routine in-service trainings to maintain an exceptional standard of care
- Enforce pool rules while maintaining a 10/20 scanning pattern
- Respond to aquatic emergencies and recognize potential emergency situations
