Lucca's is obsessed with freshness, and they work hard to keep it at
the heart of everything they create.
"We prepare the ingredients for our limited menu daily and cook
our dishes from these ingredients when they are ordered," Ray notes.
"Each dish is prepared carefully and precisely, and each pan sauce is
tasted before it is served."
Lucca's is also focused on collaborating with other local businesses.
"We use bread baked daily by a local bakery," Ray says. "Our own
blend of coffee is roasted by Firetower Coffee just down the street."
