As our country returns to routine operations, some business lessons learned from dealing with the pandemic will remain with us. At Redstone, members are always welcome in our branches; however, we realize that some of you may not return. Why? Well, you have come to enjoy the convenience, flexibility, and ease of digital and mobile banking. Keeping abreast of the many and varied products and services available can be challenging. And more are added each year. However, due to the pandemic, we were all forced to seek out and use online, mobile, and digital services. ose who were previously unfamiliar with them discovered them, and now use them consistently. Debit card transactions have increased during the pandemic due to more online transactions, but did you know you can save a copy of all your receipts in online banking? Have you tried using our Zelle® transfer option to pay family and friends? Maybe you used our money management tools, but never signed up for Redstone Roundup. is feature automatically rounds your debit card transactions up to the nearest dollar and deposits the change into your Brighter Day savings account. If you have one of our Member's Choice certificates, don't forget to watch the rate; if the rate increases, you can bump up the rate with a few clicks. Or maybe you pay your bills using online banking but never used the mobile app to deposit your check or to set alerts and controls for your credit and debit cards. ese tools protect your accounts and keep your money safe. Another enhancement introduced last year was online appointment scheduling. is time-saving feature gives you the opportunity to talk with a team member before you arrive at a branch to ensure you bring everything you will need to handle your business in one visit. And our next big reveal is video banking.
