The client operated a custom wood-fired
pizza truck with a massive cult following. He
wanted to open a restaurant that would
capture and bring in some of the key elements
of his custom pizza truck. This project
involved the remodel of an existing restaurant
space, which would include a custom-made
wood-fired pizza oven to prepare their
signature dish. This custom-built piece was
the heart of the restaurant and a key aspect
of the project. The installation of custom
wood paneling at the bar front and back wall
brought in the wood elements from the
client's food truck.

GREATER DAYTON BUILDING & REMODELING
BEAVERCREEK, OHIO
The owner wanted to have an existing restaurant
space modified for a new restaurant build-out. This
included exterior improvements to a 1960s structure
that could accommodate the end user's modernized
interior fit-up. The scope of work involved raising the
front and side walls, transforming the hip style roof
into a flat roof to fit the new design, relocating the
HVAC system, and upgrading the electrical service.
EIFS and fiber cement board wainscoting were
installed on the building to give it a refreshed
appearance and feel. The changes and updates to
the building will allow the flexibility to grow with the
franchisee.
