MN FINE HOMES & REMODELING
OTSEGO, MINNESOTA
Cozy, story-and-a-half homes in the area
are filled with Cape Cod inspiration – each
one leaves you wishing those ceilings
upstairs would back off! – just a little. This
project reclaimed unusable space and
includes a 10-foot-by-20-foot addition. The
modern design incorporates a flat roof to
maximize every square foot on the inside and
adds an outdoor oasis. Beautiful stone
patios, a wood-grain soffit, and a bar top that
makes you feel as though you never left the
kitchen, make this home uniquely inviting
inside and out. The space features a large
kitchen addition and a second-story ensuite
with balcony.

BUCKEYE BASEMENTS, INC.
DELAWARE, OHIO
This project started as a simple interior
remodel of an 864-square-foot ranch, but turned
into one of the most difficult renovations
undertaken, once the damage from termites,
carpenter ants and water infiltration was
discovered. Ninety-five percent of the home had
to be completely remodeled; however, the clients
requested that the existing slab foundation and
roofing structure would be salvaged while adding
a crawl space, raising the entire roofing structure
three-and-a-half feet and adding beams and
cribbing supports below. The final transformation
of this entire-home remodel was ultimately
stunning.
