From the President 7 Advancing our objectives to provide exegetically ac- curate and in-depth Bible studies and other biblically based publications and products, this year revisions and additions were completed on two backbone books of the ministry. Rebuilding America: e Biblical Blueprint is being revised and will be published under the title All in Authority: Reigniting the Bible's Top-Down Missions Strateg y. We believe this book will be missiologically dis- ruptive in the days and years ahead. Based on Old and New Testament Scriptures, the book reveals the biblical argument for how churches and mission agencies may reap the greatest return on their investment, spiritually speaking, in their work to fulfill Great Commission by first (protos—first in priority) reaching political leaders for Christ. An additional 24 studies have been added to Oaks in Office: Essential Bible Studies for Political Leaders, broad- ening the book to include a series on basic Christianity and studies on economics and government. A comprehensive Training Manual was also written that will aid tremendously in teaching ministry leaders how to establish effective, sustainable ministries. is 76-page four-color printed document will be published in early 2022 and will greatly aid in recruiting and maturing CapMin leaders worldwide at all levels of outreach. As I look back on this year, I also look forward. In 2022 and 2023, CapMin is poised for huge ministry growth in the United States and throughout the world. We have utilized this past COVID-laden year to work on our in- frastructure in order to achieve our worldwide ministry objectives going forward—CapMin has emerged as the trail blazer in providing good doctrine while pinpointedly aiming to reach all the political leaders of the world with the gospel. It is toward that end that we labor and strive. It has been a great year for Capitol Ministries, and we thank you for your vital partnership in this missiologically strategic effort! To God be the glory, Ralph Drollinger The Washington Monument "At a time when many are trying to minimize the influence of the Judeo-Christian foundation of our nation, the work of Capitol Ministries in spreading the good news is more important than ever. Having enough perspective to realize that people who disagree with you are not automatically your enemies and learning how to treat each other and the constituents of this nation with respect will go a long way toward healing our nation. The work of Capitol Ministries is interwoven into those goals." Dr. Benjamin S. Carson, Sr. Former Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
