med spa: S I G N AT U R E SIGNATURE MONTANA | 91 Treasure. Montana is full of it. From the "Oro y Plata" nestled beneath the soil to the majestic mountain views, treasure abounds. Of course, Montanans treasure nature. We treasure our work, our family, and friends too. In fact, we have so much to treasure that there may be something we neglect: our skin. Treasure the Skin You're In med spa: S I G N AT U R E TEXT BY HEATHER BODE | PHOTOGRAPHY BY CRYSTAL GILLEN Conn and Deana Moler, founders of Signature Med Spa, combined their knowledge of business ownership and medical/dermatology experience to offer a variety of aesthetic skin care services to the Great Falls community. Deana says they strive to achieve a "Montana conservative look" for their patients. She continues, "We treat aesthetics as the place where art, science, medicine, and beauty collide. As a provider, we view this as our art form. We only provide services, do procedures, and deliver outcomes that we are willing to put our name on." "Great Falls needs something like this. We need a place we can trust that is friendly, neighborly, and not over the top. We provide certified staff that is educated and well-trained. We also get to control the products being sold to you," says Deana. With a business slogan of "adding integrity to the industry," the Molers are passionate about the services they provide. Deana says this is due to the lack of information and education she sees in the skin care industry. To address this, a patient's experience at Signature Med Spa begins with a 45-minute consultation. A full medical intake is done. Deana asks patients to provide a list of three things they would like to address. She says, "Usually, we may be talking about 40-50 years of sun damage, stress, smoking, sleepless nights, and genetics. is is a journey. We need to start with your priorities." Patients are encouraged to bring in current topicals and medications. Deana reviews product ingredients. "en we talk about what we can do. I present over-the-counter options, middle-grade options, and I tell them what they can do at home to save money. Money saved can be used for a more expensive treatment. We talk about the risks and benefits of each option because doing a procedure comes with risk." Conn and Deana Moler take pride in the services they provide. Conn says, "Deana doesn't just pitch us and what we do. She gives patients options."
