I'm always excited to tell people about the many ways Redstone Federal Credit Union is different from banks. It's a long list, but one huge difference is that we listen to our members. One of our cultural beliefs is "I Hear You." When we received feedback from members about some of the fees being charged for utilizing their cooperative, we listened. And so, in January we stopped charging some fees. is includes not charging a fee when funds are automatically transferred from your savings account to cover insufficient funds from purchases made from your checking account. And we are no longer charging a fee to replace a debit card or to cash a check if you don't have a checking account. We know that inflation has caused most everyday purchases, such as food, housing, and utilities to climb. We want to ease the sting those higher prices bring as much as possible. In addition to ending some fees, Redstone is also rewarding members who utilize certain services. Our Visa Signature® credit card users can now earn more reward points on the purchases they make the most.
