28 R alph and Danielle completed a rousing 17-day international recruiting and training trip in November that positioned the ministry for tremen- dous growth, especially in north and southeast Asia. In Seoul, we hosted an introductory training conference for 15 ministry leader candidates and commissioned them to build discipleship Bible study ministries in the federal capitol and the states of South Korea. We also commissioned Paul Jang, a semi-retired business- man as our "CapMin Korean Ambassador" to con- tinue to recruit ministry leaders and spread the word about CapMin's mission throughout South Korea and neighboring open nations. We held a training conference in Kathmandu, Nepal where we commissioned Bible teachers to launch ministries in five of that nation's provinces as well as a national ministry to Nepal parliamentarians. We commissioned ministry leaders to lead ministries to national leaders in India, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan. For years we have been searching for the right man to fill the position of Southeast Asia global director. We found him in Kumar Singh Praja, dynamic, yet hum- ble leader in the Evangelical community. We were excited to learn that many years ago, the Holy Spirit gave Pastor Kumar an identical vision to the mission given to Ralph and Danielle—to reach political lead- ers with God's Word! Pastor Kumar is a primary leader in a network of 250 biblically solid churches through- out Southeast Asia. Aer completing the training, Pastor Kumar was named CapMin's Southeast Asia global director and ministry leader to federal po- litical leaders in the Kathmandu Capitol. He is now leading the charge to recruit ministry leaders to create ministries in the federal capitols of Bangladesh, Viet Nam, Myanmar, ailand, Cambodia, Laos, Pakistan, among others. Ralph and Danielle were joined by Brian Hanson, International global director, and Jon Cassel, Africa global director in Seoul, South Korea and Kathmandu, Nepal. Aer those meetings, they joined Oscar Zamora, Latin America global director for a much-celebrated launch of the ministry of Pastor José Villanueva, and his teammate wife, Clara. Pastor José is a former parliamentarian and has established a weekly discipleship ministry to federal leaders in Bogota, Colombia. Ralph addressed the 100 guests who participated in the festive celebration, and told them about the CapMin mission to create disciples of Jesus Christ in the political arena of the world. Jon Cassel, Africa global director who is high- ly skilled in networking, continues to facilitate new recruitment and training Seoul training conference Nepal training conference Pastor conferences where CapMin recruited ministry leaders for Local Government Ministries 28
