YOUTH MARTIAL ARTS CLASSES
PRE KARATE AGES 4-6
In our Pre- Karate classes, young children develop fl exibility, strength, and
coordination in fun, yet disciplined activities. This program is specifi cally designed
for growing minds and bodies to enhance memory and agility. Watch your child's
confi dence blossom and their skills improve.Beginner students will not be permitted
to register into the current session after the second class has met. Registration for
continuers through advanced students will be accepted after the start date, but the full
class fee is required. No class 9/22 and 10/1.

YOUTH/ADULT KARATE AGES 7 and up
ISKC's karate classes off er a good mix of strength training, with cardiovascular and
fl exibility exercises. Students increase their coordination, agility, and poise, as well as
learn lasting personal safety skills. They also benefi t from the mental stimulation of
learning the choreographed moves of the kata and the discipline of conforming to the
class rules. Beginner students will not be permitted to register into the current session
after the second class has met. Registration for continuers through advanced students
will be accepted after the start date, but the full class fee is required. No class 9/22
and 10/1.

TAE KWON DO AGES 5-12
Connelly's Academy classes are
fun, safe, and age appropriate. The
instructors are martial arts professionals
with many years of experience working
with young people. Taekwon-do is
exciting and challenging, motivating
children to keep growing strong in Body,
Mind, and Spirit. Students of all levels
are welcome. The instructor is
Mr. Gary Vernon.
