Fill out Rental Request Form, available at: mortongroveparks.com or at the PVCC. 2. The Registration Coordinator will contact you via Email within (3) business days. 3. Reservations must be made at least 3 weeks out, but cannot be made more than 3 months in advance. FACILITY RENTAL POLICY All rentals require a credit deposit of $100, which will be refunded within fi ve days after the event. The fi nal payment is due one week before the event. Any damages or excessive clean-up will forfeit the deposit. A $100 cancellation fee will be charged if the event is cancelled within three weeks. RESTRICTIONS The Park District prohibits alcohol, grilling, smoking, open fl ames and collec- tion of fees. Additional restrictions may apply. PLEASE NOTE Rental Fee is on an hourly basis and set-up and clean-up time must be included in the rental time.
