Originally built in 1924, this Craftsman-
style four-square received a lift,
addition, and full remodel, fitted with
gorgeous custom features and
functional upgrades. This New Jersey
home was designed and built for an
event planner and frequent entertainer.
The goal of this project was to provide
this first-time homeowner with an
alluring long-term space for hosting
events that reflects both her unique
personality and love of beautiful things.

This historic home, once neglected
and altered by mismatched updates,
was thoughtfully restored through
a whole-house remodel. A first-floor
addition created a spacious kitchen,
dining area, and walk-out porch,
while a second-floor expansion
added a bedroom and bath. The
exterior was fully renewed, with
attention to the original architectural
details, seamlessly blending new
elements with the old. The result is a
cohesive, modern home that pre-
serves its historic character while
enhancing comfort and functionality.
