For these repeat clients, the team
transformed a blank trackside shell into a
fully finished two-bedroom condo with an
integrated garage at Atlanta Motorsports
Park. The main floor was built out to
include a master suite, guest bedroom
with bath, kitchen, living room, and mud/
laundry space, while the garage was
enhanced with an epoxy floor finish and a
powder room. The team was inspired by
the industrial feel and used masculine
design details, such as black tile and
sleek finishes, to reflect the motorsports
setting, resulting in a unique and stylish
retreat for racing enthusiasts.

To accommodate their growing family
and hobbies, the homeowners
envisioned an open layout for their 1951
ranch. Their vision came to life through
a whole-home remodel and addition.
The once-isolated kitchen was
relocated into the addition, opening the
heart of the home and creating a
connected space for cooking, dining,
and gathering that extends onto the
newly covered porch with a fireplace.
The layout introduced an exercise room,
kids' lounge, expanded hall bath, and
updated the primary bath. Hardwood
floors, both new and refinished, paired
with updated doors and trim throughout,
create a cohesive design centered on
the family's lifestyle.
