18 With President Donald Trump returning to the White House following the 2024 presidential election, our priority in early 2025 was to relaunch the White House Cabinet Bible Study originally es- tablished by Ralph and Danielle Drollinger in 2017 during his first administration. By God's grace, He has answered prayer. A defining milestone of 2025 has been the successful relaunch of this Bible study for the President's Cabinet—widely recognized as the first ministry of its kind in more than 200 years of American history. e CapMin Cabinet Bible Study now includes current and former Cabinet mem- bers, former and acting governors, and current ambassadors. "e Capitol Ministries Bible study is a true blessing to me," shared Scott Turner, U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development. "e opportunity to sit for one hour under the teaching of God's Word, prayer, and the fellowship of believers is a highlight of my week! As public servants, I believe we are called to be salt and light, to be stead- fast and strong in the Lord. Having this weekly Bible study is a key factor in fulfilling that mission!" Ralph resumed teaching God's Word through in-depth, exegetical Bible studies each week to the men and women who lead our nation's executive agencies—individuals whose decisions profoundly affect the lives of millions. In October 2025, following Ralph Drollinger's decision to retire af- ter 29 years of faithful leadership, Dr. Randy Adams answered the call to serve as Senior Bible Teacher in Washington, D.C., teaching three separate in-person Bible studies each week on Capitol Hill. e Senate Bible Study is sponsored by 14 Senators, and the House Bible Study is sponsored by 36 Representatives. Dr. Adams has served on the Capitol Ministries Board of Direc- tors for many years, faithfully contributing to the ministry's vision and growth. Prior to assuming this position, he served for 12 years as Executive Director-Treasurer of the Northwest Baptist Convention, following 27 years of pastoral ministry and leadership in missions and evangelism. "My goal in Washington, D.C., is simple," he shared. "To teach God's Word to men and women in leadership and help them apply it in their work, their families, and their daily lives." When national leaders study God's Word consistently and system- atically, God raises up what Scripture describes as "oaks of righteous- ness"—men and women empowered by the Holy Spirit to think bibli- cally and to bring every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (cf. 2 Corinthians 10:5). Since 1996, when Ralph and Danielle founded Capitol Ministries, it has been our objective to establish discipleship ministries in all three branches of the federal government—legislative, executive, and judicial—in Washington, D.C. To address the personal and professional faith needs of these pub- lic servants, Capitol Ministries writes and distributes 52 Bible studies each year which are delivered to the offices of hundreds of Members of Congress and are emailed to nearly fiy thousand subscribers world- wide. e studies address pressing contemporary issues through the lens of Scripture, including war, abortion, entitlement programs, rac- ism, illegal immigration, environmental stewardship, deficit spending, and taxation. rough these studies the transforming truth of Scrip- ture is shaping hearts, renewing minds, and building strong men and women in Christ.
