Dear Morton Grove Community, Thank you for joining us to celebrate the Morton Grove Park District's 75th anniversary! We appreciate everyone who came out to make this milestone such a memorable occasion. The event brought our community together for an evening fi lled with music from local bands, delicious food from local vendors, and fun activities for children of all ages. We also made history with the fi rst-ever drone show presented in Morton Grove! Your enthusiasm and support made this celebration a tremendous success, and we are grateful to everyone who helped make it possible. We are also excited to share the completion of renovations at National Park. These improvements enhance the park experience for families and children throughout our community. We recently received a wonderful email from Doug S., who wrote, "the Park District did a fantastic job in the design and installation of the playground equipment and how much it adds to the value of the community." Feedback like this reinforces our commitment to creating welcoming, safe, and engaging spaces where residents can play, connect, and enjoy the outdoors. Looking ahead, we will begin renovations at Prairie View Park this coming spring. The project will include replacing the playground equipment, improving sections of sidewalks, replacing the South ballfi eld fence, and installing new fencing around the prairie. These improvements will help us maintain and enhance our parks while preserving the natural spaces that make our community special. We look forward to sharing updates as the project progresses. As we celebrate 75 years of serving Morton Grove, we remain committed to providing exceptional parks, recreational opportunities, and community experiences for residents of all ages. Your continued support helps us build on our history and create even more opportunities for our community to come together.
