Dylan Baird, a graduate of the Fox School
of Business, has a passion for social justice
and entrepreneurship.
With the help of Urban Tree Connection,
a West Philadelphia-based nonprofit,
Dylan put his aspirations into action with
Neighborhood Foods, which builds local
wealth through employment, education
and social cohesion.
It's a rewarding pursuit—and his
efforts have been rewarded. Dylan
is the recipient of the $125,000 grand
prize of Temple University's annual
business plan competition.
