"People appreciate the way we do business," Wells says describing their suc- cess as a three-point approach – fast, accurate pre-sales answers, immediate ship- ping, and superior post-sales tech support. "First, we are always straightforward," he says. "We always have people answering the phone and providing fast, accurate answers. Second, we always have our products in stock." The buying cycle for end users of this equipment can be extraordinarily long. However, once that end user makes their decision, resellers need to put their hands on that equipment immediately which is what Jamex provides. "And lastly, support. Not only pre-sale but the post-sale tech support. We have always received exceptionally high marks from our reseller base for the way that we support their technicians," Wells concluded.
