ur new Hunter features a 4¾-inch, upswept
blade with just enough belly for skinning and a
keen point for close-in caping work.
Our Trout & Bird has a keen point and subtle
sweep to its 4¼-inch blade. Both blades are hand-
forged from O1 tool steel, heat-treated, hand-
ground and honed to a razor edge.
The guards are brass, and the handles consist of
stacked leather and fiber spacers, ending in crow's
beak butt caps fashioned from exquiste sambar stag.
"Behring Made" and the "SC" logo are etched
on each blade, and every knife comes in a heavy,
handcrafted leather sheath.
Only 75 of these beautiful knives will ever be
made. The Hunter is $395; the Trout & Bird is
