Interest in OMBE is rising as noted on the next page by a substantial pickup in traffic. Since January, OMBE has grown 2800% in total number of visits as of October 31. Recently, our single highest traffic day more than doubled our daily average.
Training
We will be glad to schedule a free webinar training session for you and any of your staff that will be using your ombe.com account to manage your storefront and ads. This will give you the information you need to create and edit both ads and storefronts. Using webinars allows us to provide training to multiple people at each of your locations.
Prepare Your Storefront
Be sure to visit with your sales representative about using a storefront option. If you have multiple locations, register each location. Each location can have a storefront linked to the others. You may create and or edit your storefront on your own at any time, or we can assist you. You need your logo and a write up that tells about your company. Up to three pictures are included. These photos will be placed in an area 280 pixels wide x 210 pixels high, so using 'landscape' oriented photos works better than 'portrait' oriented pictures. Included is room for up to 13 manufacturer's logos, if you wish to use them. Once you are satisfied with the look of your storefront, be sure to use your storefront control panel to turn it on. This will make it viewable to all visitors to the ombe.com site.
Bulk Upload Service for Large Inventories
If you have more than a few ads to create you may wish to take advantage of our bulk upload service. We provide a spreadsheet format to use in preparing and submitting your information. More detailed information is available and you can download the form by clicking here. A separate upload is necessary for each location/storefront.
Featured Ads
For products you would like to feature you could create a 'home page' or 'category' featured product ad. Open rate advertisers can create a featured product ad during the ad creation process and pay with a credit card. If you are on a subscription plan, you should create the ad as you normally would. Then notify your sales person or support@ombe.com of the exact ads you wish to have featured and where you wish them to be featured. We will then take care of making sure that it appears in the desired featured areas. Your featured ads can also be featured on thecopiernetwork.com, recyclersforum.com, theprinternetwork.com and locatormagazine.com. Ask your sales representative for details.
