Afterwards visit SS Keewatin the last remaining Great Lakes passenger liner turned into a floating museum. Day 18 Little Current – Manitoulin Island (FB,L,D) Begin the day with early morning scenic cruising of Georgian Bay before arriving in Little Current. Board a coach for a drive through Manitoulin Island's rich native and nautical history. Stop at the Immaculate Conception Church, then visit the Ojibwe Cultural Foundation for a welcome ceremony "pow wow" and take part in a smudging ceremony. Day 19 Soo Locks – Sault St. Marie (FB,L,D) Transit the Soo Locks from Lake Huron to Lake Superior. A wonder of engineering, the Soo locks have provided safe passage for nearly 160 years. Arrive in Sault Saint Marie, the oldest city in the Midwest which was originally established by the Jesuit monasteries. Day 20 Mackinac Island (FB,L,D) Arrive at picturesque Mackinac Island, located between Lake Michigan and Lake Huron. The island is preserved in the Victorian Era and has a no car policy so you will explore the island by horse carriage. Day 21 Sailing Lake Michigan (FB,L,D) Spend a scenic day sailing Lake Michigan. The only Great Lake located entirely within the United States, the name Michigan is believed to come from the native Ojibwe word "mishigami", which translates to "great water." Day 22 Chicago (FB,D) This morning disembark your ship in Chicago. This is a world-class destination with stunning architecture and renowned museums. Tour the city starting with magnificent views from the Sky Deck. Visit Millennium Park, and then head to the Magnificent Mile.
