Director of the Breech School of Business Administration Drury University invites nominations and applications for the position of Director of the Breech School of Business Administration. Drury University is distinguished by its Global Perspectives core curriculum, which prepares students to be productive citizens in an era of global interdependence. The Breech School of Business Administration seeks an innovative and inspirational leader with charisma and vision. The Director of the Breech School of Business Administration reports to the Provost/Vice President of Academic Affairs. The Director is responsible for administrative and financial operations and academic programming. Areas of responsibility include: • Directs all graduate and undergraduate programs of the Breech School of Business Administration; • Promotes the Breech School of Business Administration program through leadership roles in civic and professional organizations; and • Oversees marketing, strategic planning and program development for the Breech School of Business Administration, including admissions and recruiting programs. The Breech School of Business Administration enrolls 450 undergraduate and 150 graduate students. The Breech School of Business Administration offers the Master in Business Administration (MBA) and six baccalaureate degree majors (accounting, computer information systems, economics, finance, management, and marketing). Drury University is a member of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). The successful candidate will have significant experience in budgetary management, recruiting, and work with undergraduate and graduate students, distance learning and related technologies, and teaching. The candidate should have a minimum of five years of successful leadership in some or most of these areas along with a record of success in the field of entrepreneurial, market oriented programming. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with the ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students in a complex environment. An earned doctorate degree is required and teaching experience is highly desired. Starting date may be negotiated. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
