The school is a major center for research and management education with a daytime MBA program, four executive MBA programs (Cross-Continent, Frankfurt-Goethe, Global and Weekend), a Ph.D. program and open-enrollment executive education programs. The Dean of The Fuqua School of Business is its chief academic and administrative officer and is responsible to the provost and the president for leadership of the school. The Dean must have a WINONA STATE UNIVERSITY DEAN OF BUSINESS Winona State University seeks a Dean of Business to provide strong leadership for the overall operation of the College of Business. The Dean of the College of Business must have the ability to manage the fiscal affairs of the college and to work with faculty and other groups in a collective bargaining context. The Dean will further interact with community business leaders and provide the necessary leadership to ensure accreditation by AACSB. Minimum qualifications include an appropriate earned terminal degree from an AACSB accredited graduate institution in one of the disciplines represented by the college, at least 5 years teaching experience, and 5 years administrative experience (e.g. department chair, program director, assistant or associate dean) at AACSB accredited institutions of higher education.
