Deduster
Stainless steel deduster simultaneously elevates and dedusts
up to 1 million tablets per hour. Features include variable-
speed control, polishing of sides/angles, and long dedusting
path. Feeding height ranges from 33 to 39 inches; chute
adjusts between 42 and 48 inches. Company also offers tablet

Capsule selector-polisher
DS71 capsule selector-polisher uses filtered air jet to separate
empty, partially filled, or crushed capsules from on-spec cap-
sules. Unit then removes dust from exterior of on-spec cap-
sules. Machine uses different selection wheels for different
capsule sizes, and airflow adjusts to suit capsule weight. LED
indicator shows percentage of airflow used. Adjustable-height
unit connects to capsule fillers to eliminate need for stop-
pages or operates independently.
