Uniline monoblock packaging system includes container loader, conveyor, optional desiccant inserter, counter-filler, Lasko
cotton inserter, capper, and rejection system. It handles 12,000 tablets or capsules per minute and fills as many as 150 bottles
per minute. Swiftpharm counter-filler has lightweight, removable product-contact parts so you can quickly clean between prod-
ucts. Its absence of product-specific parts also speeds changeover. Pick-and-place, servo-controlled capper handles challenging
caps. System continuously tracks bottles and conducts in-process checks to ensure package quality. It uses Allen-Bradley or
Siemens machine controls. Company also offers tabletop check counters, high-speed slat fillers, and electronic tablet counter-

Electronic counter-fillers
Countlab Street Fighter series electronic counter-fillers fill as
many as 200 100-count bottles per minute and handle round,
square, hexagonal, or odd-shaped tablets, hard capsules, and
softgels. Keyed parts, modular design, and snap-latch con-
nections ensure quick, tool-free changeover. Allen-Bradley
touch-screen interface eases recipe programming and
machine operation; software meets 21 CFR Part 11. No com-
pressed air is required, promoting efficiency while preventing
cross-contamination. Vacuum cleaning system eliminates
dust, reducing downtime. Counters have small footprint and
meet or exceed cGMP and FDA requirements.

Electronic counter-fillers
Sky Softgel SMC-527D electronic counter-filler fills 120 bot-
tles per minute with as many as 100 tablets per bottle. Unit
handles tablets measuring 3 to 20 millimeters and capsules
and softgel sizes 00 to 5. Model SMC-527SQ (photo) fills
as many as 200 bottles per minute with as many as 100 tablets
per bottle. Both counter-fillers use single, dual, quad, or twin
heads to suit throughput requirement; both handle tablets,
capsules, and softgels. Software algorithm keeps accurate
counts after pauses and restarts, eliminating need to reject
bottles. Other features include air cleaning system that purges
dust from counting heads, automatic bottle height adjust-
ment, automatic vibrator control, touch-screen control, and
recipe recall for as many as 100 products. Company also
