Ribbon blender minimizes waste,
cleaning time
Model HD-3.5-7-S3016 ribbon
blender has 2-to-1 length-to-diameter
ratio to distribute ingredients uniformly
during loading, blending, and dis-
charge. Split double-helical agitator
produces homogenous blends in 5 to 6
minutes. Clearance of 0.8 to 1.6 mil-
limeters between agitator's ribbons and
vessel wall minimizes residue in trough
after discharge, reducing material waste
and cleaning time. Blender handles up
to 65 cubic feet of powders, pastes, or
slurries and includes hinged and gas-
keted cover with safety interlocks.
Options include dust hood inlet with
removable grating, spray lines, and
clean-in-place manifolds.

Track-and-trace modules print, verify serial numbers
CPS series equipment prints and verifies as many as 400 folded cartons per minute.
Printing module accepts marking systems (e.g., inkjet and laser) from all common
brands to apply serial numbers, 1D and 2D codes, batch data, and expiration dates
in plain text and/or machine-readable codes. Unique serial number is assigned to
each package and verified by camera. Expandable architecture lets you add modules
for checkweighing, applying tamper-evident seals, and labeling. All operations are
controlled from interface that integrates with your company's IT for complete seri-
alization and aggregation management.

Dimensional sorting machine removes off-spec products, dust
Sortomat 8 sorting machine removes off-spec tablets, capsules, dragees, and similar
solid products. Unit sorts based on thickness, diameter, and length and rejects bro-
ken, twinned, and clumped products; it also removes dust. Top speed is 400,000
products per hour, and transparent cover allows you to view sorting zone. Roller
frame swivels to ease cleaning and reduce chance of cross-contamination. Unit oper-
