REMOTE FILTER MONITORING SYSTEM
The WaveLength from Donaldson is designed to remotely monitor pressure
drop across bulk filtration systems. The battery-powered device sends real-
time information to the WaveLength Intelligence Platform, which relays the
data about your filtration system to any device with an Internet connection.
Custom text and email alerts allow users to know when a filter change is
required so they can avoid unplanned downtime. Data accumulated from the
WaveLength can also be used to provide predictive analysis about clean fuel
and filter plugging for future maintenance planning.

METALWORKING FLUID
Cimcool's new Cimpulse 49MP is an oil-containing,
multi-purpose, moderate to heavy-duty fluid for machining
and grinding. It is formulated to provide performance with-
out the use of traditional extreme-pressure lubricants and is
recommended for turning, drilling, milling, reaming, boring,
tapping and grinding of most metals. Ideal in hard-water
situations, the fluid has low foaming characteristics and
leaves only a light residue. It also contains no chlorine or
dicyclohexylamine (DCHA) and offers reduced concentrate
consumption and carr y-off.

FUEL-IN-OIL SENSOR
The new Fuel Detection Sensor from Voelker Sensors is designed to detect the
presence of fuel in oil at contamination levels at which machinery damage can
occur. It is especially intended for systems with high-pressure fuel injection.
The sensor can identify fuel levels from 0.02 to 10 percent of the oil's volume.
The patented sensing system detects the presence of fuel in oil at a prede

termined, user-defined level in real time (equivalent to ASTM D-3524). The
system also provides immediate feedback on the condition of the oil.

FOOD-GRADE GREASE
Lubrication Engineers' new H1 Quincal Syn FG Grease is a high-performance synthetic
lubricant for use in food manufacturing plants, especially for those applications where
severe conditions such as high temperatures, heavy loads and water are present. The
grease is formulated with a synthetic base fluid, calcium-sulfonate complex thickener
and impact-resistant additive to impart a high dropping point, extreme-pressure char

acteristics, mechanical stability, low oil bleed, tackiness and water resistance. It is avail-
able in three NLGI grades.
