www.machinerylubrication.com | January - February 2017 | 23 HEAVY-DUTY MOTOR OILS Chevron's new line of Delo 400 API CK-4 and FA-4 heav y-duty motor oils (HDMO) are intended to provide optimized performance and better engine protection while extending vehicle life and mini- mizing the cost of ownership. Featuring the next generation of the company's Isosyn technology, the motor oils are formulated with premium base oils and high-performance additives to reduce carbon emissions and help improve total vehicle efficiency. The oils are available in a variety of viscosities and support both API CK-4 and FA-4 HDMO categories. The fluid is formulated to lessen heat buildup and friction on work pieces, even in tougher applications and on hard-to-machine met- als. Special extreme-pressure additives provide extra lubricity in order to cut materials such as tita- nium, high-tensile steel and stainless steel, as well as other metals like aluminum and copper alloys. Walter Surface Technologies www.walter.com 800-522-0321 LITHIUM-COMPLEX GREASE Cortec's CorrLube VpCI Lithium EP Grease is a new lithium-complex grease developed for lubricating bearings, fans, chassis and other metal areas. It is formulated with severely hydro-treated base stock and includes corrosion-inhibiting properties. Along with resistance to oxidation, the grease provides high-temperature stability and incorporates vapor-phase corrosion inhibitors (VpCI) for areas not in direct contact with the lubri - cant. It is designed to lubricate for longer periods of time and increase the effectiveness of seals to keep out contaminants. Cortec www.cortecvci.com 800-426-7832 GREASE INJECTORS The new GL-1 X and GL-1 XL grease injectors from Graco are engineered to be used with automatic lubrica- tion systems in heav y-duty applications, such as mining and construction, where higher pressure and output are necessar y. Featuring an adjustable hex-head nut to easily regulate lubricant output, each injector is built as a single-piece unit and manufactured with no vent holes and fully enclosed press fittings to prevent lubricant leakage. The injectors have a minimum operating pressure of 1,850 psi (128 bar) and a maximum operating pressure of 6,000 psi (414 bar). Graco www.graco.com 844-241-9504
