Zydis is a freeze-dried, oral solid dosage form that disperses almost instantly in the mouth without water. The agreement also provides exclusive rights to develop small molecule CGRP receptor antagonists with Zydis ODT. Lonza expands Tampa site BASEL, Switzerland—Lonza has installed a Harro Höfliger Modu-C MS capsule filler at its integrated product development and manufacturing facility in Tampa, FL. The addition of this spe- cialized drum-dosing technology for powder-in-capsule filling expands the company's North American late-stage clinical and commercial encapsulation capabilities for solid oral and inhaled dos- age.
