SiG MT 79 Like the equal sides of a hexagon, these six people each bring personal distinctness to the business table. Enbär was the concept of Tim Peterson and Sco Reasoner. Peterson is an architect with previous bar-ownership experience. Reasoner is the numbers guy: the "brainchild of finance" as proclaimed by Mike Hallahan. Hallahan is the executive chef who runs the day to day operations, while Tianna Ford brings her graphic design/interior design background. Andy Ferrin specializes in marketing/demographics and Tom Jacobson represents the business acumen where he focuses on the legalities, licensures, and permits. eir premise is simple: "We ask ourselves, 'What's good for the business? What's good for downtown? What's good for Great Falls? What's good for Montana?' We keep that mindset and it keeps emotions out of it," says Hallahan. Synergy of Six The six owners pose in front of Ford's light bulb drops. "The inspiration for this design was the big windows. We wanted to showcase them rather than cover them up," she says. Being considered a one-stop-shop for Montana-made beverages, Enbär patrons dabble in beer, wine, hard liquor, and hard cider.
