pork belly. It was great to hear his professional insights on
the various dishes and the thought, effort and expertise that
went into each. It's this attention to detail and job satisfaction

little clichéd to say in the hospitality business, but everyone
goes above and beyond to make your stay extra special.
We were a little unfortunate with the weather that
weekend, but it didn't dampen the experience at all.
