If so, you may be eligible for a Grow the Game award. Associations that administered a successful recruiting event(s) during this past season can win awards of $500 to help cover the cost of your growth promotion. Have a new recruiting idea for next season? Minnesota Hockey's Pass the Puck grants are designed to help. Grants are awarded to associations with creative or unique ideas for increasing youth hockey participation. Apply now and you could secure up to $2,000 to help bring your idea to life. Need help? Schwan's Hockey Mom Do you have a hockey mom that deserves to be recognized for her efforts? In the second annual contest, Schwan's presents the Hockey Mom Hall of HP Programs The Reebok Minnesota Hockey High Performance 15, 16 and 17 programs are designed to identify and develop the best players in Minnesota by providing 18 The Prairie Island Indian Community has been a long-time supporter of disabled hockey. Fame, where during each home game the Minnesota Wild will recognize a hockey mom in-arena for all that she does. Each hockey mom selected will receive two lower-level tickets to a Minnesota Wild game and a $50 Schwan's gift card. One recipient from each month will be selected to the Schwan's Hockey Mom Hall of Fame. The four monthly winners will come back to a game in April where one will be selected as the 2012-2013 Hockey Mom of the Year. Register your mom now on Wild.com! Minnesota Disabled Hockey would like to say thank you to the Prairie Island Indian Community! Prairie Island was recognized during the Minnesota Wild the top players from each district or section a chance to play with and against the best players in the state. At the conclusion of the Minnesota Hockey Reebok High Performance programs at the 15, 16 and 17 levels, our top 20-25 players represent Minnesota Hockey at a national festival sponsored by USA Hockey involving the best players from each of the USA Hockey districts. The national festivals are used by USA Hockey to identify the top performers in each age group for possible opportunities to represent the U.S. at advanced levels of national and international hockey competition. The Prairie Island Indian Community has long been a tremendous supporter of youth hockey throughout Minnesota. Over the last four years, their donations to Minnesota Disabled Hockey have helped it become the largest hockey program for people with disabilities in the nation. Minnesota Disabled Hockey provides sled hockey for those with physical disabilities, special hockey for those with developmental disabilities, and a Warriors program for injured veterans. Prairie Island Indian Community has played a major role in making it possible for every person in Minnesota, regardless of ability, to play hockey.
