Lonewolf made the switch from painting to knifemaking, he described his transition as a new practical outlet for his obsession with art. Today he runs Art of the Lone Wolf and deals mostly with Damascus steel, fashioning blades on a gas forge he built himself. His intricate knife designs focus on wildlife and Native American themes.
